Credits are a digital item delivered right away, so all purchases are final once the Credits have been delivered, except where the law where you live says otherwise.

When we will help

• You paid but the Credits never arrived after you joined the server.
• You were charged twice for the same order.

Text (980) 400-1115 with your order id and Minecraft name. We will deliver the Credits or refund the payment.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a PayPal dispute or a chargeback. A chargeback removes the Credits and may lead to a ban.
